At Travel Trip Solutions, we strive to ensure our customers have the best travel experience possible. We understand that plans can change, and because we offer travel services and products from a wide selection of providers, all changes, cancellations and refunds are handled directly between the travel entity and the consumer.  Be sure you read and understand each travel service/product refund/cancellation policy before purchasing.  We work with travel entities that are committed to making the refund process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review each refund policy below to better understand your options in the event of a cancellation or change in your travel plans.

1.  Cancellation by the Customer

Consumer and traveler are used interchangeably.

  • Flights: Refund eligibility for flights is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the airline carrier. Non-refundable fares may not be eligible for refunds, while refundable fares will be processed according to the airline’s policy.  Be sure to check and understand your travel carrier’s refund policy before purchasing.
  • Lodging:   Cancellations including refunds and changes to reservations are processed directly with the lodging entity by the consumer.  The traveler will contact the lodging provider directly.
  • Car Rentals:  The consumer will contact the car rental entity directly for any changes, cancellations or refunds.
  • Tour Packages & Activities: Tours and activities cancelled or any changes  are managed directly with the consumer and the tour company.   Changes or cancellations may be subject to partial refunds or non-refundable, depending on the tour operator’s policy.  Travel Trip Solutions does not process or provide refunds.
  • Travel Insurance: Travel insurance purchases are non-refundable once issued.

2. Cancellation by Travel Trip Solutions or Service Providers

In the event of a cancellation initiated by one of our service providers (such as due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or operational disruptions), the consumer  should follow the The Policies and processes from the travel entity that provides the service/product.  These policies may vary depending on the travel service or product Please be sure to review each travel policy.  If you have questions, please contact the travel entity directly.

3. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings (such as date changes or modifications) may incur fees, which will vary based on the service provider’s policies. The customer is responsible for working directly with the travel entity for any changes that may incur.  Travel Trip Solutions does not manage or process any changes for the consumer.

6. Exceptions

For group bookings, corporate travel, or customized trips, different cancellation and refund terms may apply. Customers are encouraged to review the terms outlined in their specific contract or agreement from the travel service/product entity.
